All topics and discussions required under Rule 4.11.5 have been met in Foidel Creek's PAP. I <br />have no adequacy questions regarding the above mentioned Rule. <br />4.12 <br />(1) Not applicable to underground mines. <br />(2) Any time a slide occurs which may have potential adverse effect on public property, <br />health, safety, or the environment, Foidel must notify the Division by the fastest available <br />means and comply with any remedial measures required by the Division. <br />All topics and discussions required under Rule 4.12 have been met in Foidel Creek's PAP.
