Leigh Simmons <br />Page 2 <br />November 13, 2015 <br />The first survey area, near the Sanborn Creek Mine, did not identify any new subsidence related features <br />or any movement in the pre-existing features. Likewise, the second area overlying the Elk Creek Mine <br />did not have any new features develop or identify any movement of the pre-existing features. In the Elk <br />Creek Mine area, minor tension cracks in sandstone outcrops are still visible. The cracks are associated <br />with the Longwall Panel #1. The Bear Creek two -track ranch road did not have any additional tension <br />cracks at the time of the survey. <br />This concludes the review of the 2015 Annual Subsidence Report for the Elk Creek Mine.
