The repairs made to the ditch appear stable. <br />The 6 -Main North Reservoir was holding water but not discharging. The embankment appeared stable and the <br />emergency spillway appeared clear and functional. <br />The 6 -Main North ventilation shaft area was observed and no problems were noted. The sediment pond was <br />holding water but was not discharging. <br />The Fish Creek Tipple pond was holding water but did not appear to be discharging. The embankment was stable <br />and the primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br />TC appears to have repaired the leaky valve observed at the well adjacent to the Fish Creek Borehole water <br />treatment ponds. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />TC is actively mining in the 13LT panel in the Western Mining District and conducting development mining in the <br />Wolf Creek Reserve. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Several maintenance items were noted in previous DRMS inspections. A discussion of the status of each of these <br />items is discussed below: <br />• WC013 corehole has been sealed and needs to be marked with a marker. <br />o This issue remains outstanding <br />• The head -cut in the RDA -lb drainage needs to be repaired and stabilized. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />
