Report is approved. The purpose of the current operations is to begin to load the new SGVLF as
preparation for production. Commencement of leach operations or placement of previously
leached processed product above the level of the certified Process Solution Storage Area will be
contingent upon certification of the above referenced certification report.
Beginning in mid-November 2015 CC&V proposes to begin mix processed product from the
HGM with fresh ore and place in into the PSSA. Approximately two 30 yard buckets of
processed product will be added to each 240 ton load of fresh ore.
The operation will require moving fresh ore mixed with processed tails a distance of 11,200 feet,
of which 9,200 feet traverses unlined area. A map named"Fresh Ore/Processed Product
Haulage Route.pdf' showing the designated route is attached. The truck loading location at the
load out bin on the edge of Phase IV of AGVLF places the haulage equipment on clean road fill
over certified liner on material uncontaminated by sodium cyanide. There will therefore not be a
tracking issue for truck leaving the lined area.
Equipment used will be a mix of CC&V Cat 793 haul trucks and Cat 992 or 993 loaders and/or
equivalent contractor loader and haulage units from their respective fleets. Measures will be
implemented to reduce volumetric loading to reduce the possibility of spillage of previously
leached mill product. Additionally, the haulage route traversing unlined area while loaded with
fresh ore and processed product primarily descends or is on the level, which further reduces the
potential for spillage.
The fresh ore is crushed rock having a product size of approximately 80%passing 3/a", having a
moisture content of 6 - 7% and 12 pounds of line per ton, and the processed product 20%
moisture/200 ppm of NaCN per dry ton of processed product.
2) Schedule and expected date of completion;
The project is anticipated to commence in November 2015 and will continue throughout the life
of SGVLF (approximately 2025). Operation will be seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
3) Map showing locations of removal and placement, route(s) and where routes are off
edge of liner;
Reference attachment"Fresh Ore/Processed Product Haulage Route.pdf'
4) Any change to the final configuration of the AGVLF ;
Phase IV of the AGVLF where the load out bin and processed product conveyor from the HGM
will not be altered. There will be no change to the final configuration of AGVLF.
5) Any change to the AGVLF reclamation plan;
No
