All of <br />Seneca's production went to the Hayden Station Power Plant. Twentymile Coal (Foidel Creek <br />Mine) has replaced Seneca as the main supplier to the Hayden Power Plant. Refer to the Seneca <br />Mine Inspection and Enforcement / Production Verification Plan for R2P2, location, background, <br />permit and operational information. <br />Seneca has completed all mining operations at the Yoast Mine the permit is in permanent <br />cessation. Monitoring and maintenance are the allowed activities. Yoast should have final <br />reclamation in approximately 3 - 5 years. Lease C00088199 has been transferred to Sage <br />Creek Holdings and is within the Sage Creek Mine permit boundary. Mining at Seneca Yoast <br />Mine ceased in February of 2006. <br />At the time of inspection, there was no activity. Scott Cowman of Peabody had called the LSFO <br />about hunters on ATV's driving on reclaimed BLM lands within the permit boundary. The <br />
