Also, make sure pond elevations are legible by placing text on top of other layers
or lines.
Text layers have been arranged as requested.
8. Please call out and label the top of embankment elevation on the pond, maybe show
with a heavier line.
The top of embankment elevation of the pond is called out and labelled and appears with a
heavier line.
Rule: 4.03(4) Drainage and Culverts
The general requirements of this section include:
o The ability of culverts to pass the 10 year 24 hour rain event.
o Are constructed to avoid collapse and erosion at inlets and outlets
o Accommodate flow from intersecting drainages.
The general requirements of this section have been adequately met in the permit. The SedCad section has
been replaced with an updated version.
Kinq II Ditch Capacities, Drainage Basins
9. Revised
Table of Contents pages iii and iv are attached to depict chances associated with TR -25.
10. Please confirm that Appendix 3A King II Ditch Capacities dated 2009 is no longer
relevant information.
See #9 above.
11. Please confirm that the table King II Drainage Basins provided in the TR25 packet
replaces the table in the permit Appendix 11 (2) King II Basin Flows dated 2009 as a
revised page.
See #9 above.
Culvert Capacities
12. Please confirm that the table Culvert Capacities provided in the TR25 packet replaces
the table in the permit Appendix 11 (3) King Culvert Capacities dated March 2009.
See #9 above.
13. The table indicates that culvert C14 flows from ID -3. I was unable to locate ID -3 on the map.
Please make sure ID -3 is located on the map.
ID -3 is not shown on the map and has been removed from the table.
14. The table indicates that culvert C10 flows from D. I believe that might refer to Basin D. Please
clarify what D stands for and label it as such in the "Flows From" field in the Culvert
Capacities table.
An additional table "Flow Schedule" has been created to include in the report which lists "flows to"
locations for each ditch and culvert. The "Flows From" field has been removed
15. Ibid for culvert C-17 and for culvert C-20.
See 14 above.
