October 21, 2015 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine BFB <br /> <br /> <br />TOPSOIL Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil was stripped from in front of the pit (photo 4). Topsoil was stripped to a depth when large rocks <br />were encountered (photo 5). The topsoil depth ranged from 6 inches to 4 feet (photo 6). The topsoil was live <br />hauled to an area behind the pit on the west side and re-spread.
