The allowed average annual appropriation was less than the quantity that is
allowed under the SWSP, or decree granted in case no. 05CW146, for a ground water surface
area that is slightly larger than what is allowed under the SWSP or decree. Since the exposed
ground water surface area is not being expanded beyond what was allowed under permit no.
42538-F, the permit was amended to allow for an annual appropriation and exposed
groundwater surface area that is consistent with the SWSP and decree.
If you have any question please contact me at 303-866-3581 x8265.
Sincerely,
Williams, P.E.
esource Engineer
cc: File for 42538-F
1313 Sherman Street, Room 821.
