Also, I have revised maps but I do not have any revised pages for section 2.04.7,
Hydrology Description, addressing the Vista de Oro subdivision wells and nearby area.
Please provide updated revised pages for section 2.04.7 as requested.
2.05.3 Operation Plan - Permit Area
1. DRMS 02/188:
Rule 2.05.3(2) Operation Description
a. DRMS 02/18:
Paragraph (b) requires that all proposed surface disturbances to be
associated with the underground mining activities be described and shown on a map. Map
King II-005 illustrates the proposed mine workings, but does not show the locations of
drill holes. Please update this map to identify and show locations for the nine development
drill holes approved under TR-22.

DRMS 06/14:
Map King II-005 was revised to include the drill whole locations. Please
add the symbol and explanation to the Legend.
Map King II-005 has been revised to include the symbol for drill hole locations in the legend.
This item has been satisfactorily addressed.

Would it be possible to obtain the DWG file of drill hole locations for our field mapping purposes?

DRMS 02/18:
The Division understands that other than development of the mains, mining
operations at King II have occurred thus far solely within the OSM permit area. In
accordance with 2.05.3(2)(b), please amend Map King II-005 to show the proposed
timetable for mining the coal resource located within the DRMS permit.

DRMS 06/14:
Proposed years for future mining are shown on Map King II-005, as are the
workings that have already been developed. A cross-hatched area is outlined in the NW
corner of Section 36, extending into the OSM permit area. Is this an area from which
pillars have been pulled? Please include the symbol in the Legend and label the OSM
permit area. Also, please identify the area of the underground workings where water may
be stored as described in the water court decree.

Map King II-005 has been revised to include the symbol for pillars which have been removed
(pulled) in the legend. Also, the OSM permit area has been labelled and the area of the
underground workings where water may be stored (as described in the water court decree) has
been labelled.

This item has been satisfactorily addressed.

2. Rule 2.05.3(4) Ponds, Impoundments, other treatment facilities and diversions
DRMS 02/18:
GCC is in the process of preparing a Technical Revision (TR) application
to update surface water portions of the King II permit to reflect as-built conditions (this
topic is discussed further in the Division's inspection report for Jan. 28, 2015).

DRMS 06/14:
The application due date for TR-25 has been extended to 30 June 2015.
DRMS10/21/2015:
The application for TR-25 was received by DRMS, found complete
