DRMS 02/188: <br /> Rule 2.05.3(2) Operation Description <br />a. DRMS 02/18: <br /> Paragraph (b) requires that all proposed surface disturbances to be <br />associated with the underground mining activities be described and shown on a map. Map <br />King II-005 illustrates the proposed mine workings, but does not show the locations of <br />drill holes. Please update this map to identify and show locations for the nine development <br />drill holes approved under TR-22. <br /> <br />DRMS 06/14: <br /> Map King II-005 was revised to include the drill whole locations. Please <br />add the symbol and explanation to the Legend. <br />Map King II-005 has been revised to include the symbol for drill hole locations in the legend. <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed. <br /> <br />Would it be possible to obtain the DWG file of drill hole locations for our field mapping purposes? <br /> <br />DRMS 02/18: <br /> The Division understands that other than development of the mains, mining <br />operations at King II have occurred thus far solely within the OSM permit area. In <br />accordance with 2.05.3(2)(b), please amend Map King II-005 to show the proposed <br />timetable for mining the coal resource located within the DRMS permit. <br /> <br />DRMS 06/14: <br /> Proposed years for future mining are shown on Map King II-005, as are the <br />workings that have already been developed. A cross-hatched area is outlined in the NW <br />corner of Section 36, extending into the OSM permit area. Is this an area from which <br />pillars have been pulled? Please include the symbol in the Legend and label the OSM <br />permit area. Also, please identify the area of the underground workings where water may <br />be stored as described in the water court decree. <br /> <br />Map King II-005 has been revised to include the symbol for pillars which have been removed <br />(pulled) in the legend. Also, the OSM permit area has been labelled and the area of the <br />underground workings where water may be stored (as described in the water court decree) has <br />been labelled. <br /> <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed. <br /> <br />2. Rule 2.05.3(4) Ponds, Impoundments, other treatment facilities and diversions <br />DRMS 02/18: <br /> GCC is in the process of preparing a Technical Revision (TR) application <br />to update surface water portions of the King II permit to reflect as-built conditions (this <br />topic is discussed further in the Division's inspection report for Jan. 28, 2015). <br /> <br />DRMS 06/14: <br /> The application due date for TR-25 has been extended to 30 June 2015. <br />DRMS10/21/2015: <br /> The application for TR-25 was received by DRMS, found complete <br />Prepared by: R.
