Please submit this data. <br />-Well AVF-15 <br />• Water levels and field parameters were not reported <br />for the 2nd and 4t' quarters of 2014. Please submit <br />this data. <br />Trout Creek Alluvium <br />-Well 008 -AT -1 <br />• This well was reported to be damaged during the 1St <br />quarter of 2014. No data was submitted for the 2nd <br />quarter and it is unclear if the well was damaged <br />during this quarter. Data was submitted for the 3' <br />quarter. No data was submitted in the 4' quarter. <br />Please submit data for the 4' quarter. <br />-Well Jones <br />• A note on Table 28 reads, "NO ACCESS. <br />Twentymile imports clean water from Herod <br />industries of Craig to a duel tank underground water <br />system." Exhibit 14 required quarterly water level <br />and field parameters to be taken at this site and <br />annual water quality sampling. Page 9 of the AHR <br />indicates that this well was historically monitored to <br />access potential mine impacts to the Jones potable <br />water well and that TC no longer has access to this <br />well. TCintends to submit a revision to remove the <br />monitoring requirement for this well. TC will need <br />to submit a Technical Revision to update the <br />monitoring program. <br />17. Parameters to be <br />Exhibit 14 of CDRMS <br />Each parameter measurement reported was compared to the <br />analyzed in ground <br />mining permit C-82-056 <br />range (maximum, minimum and average) of parameters listed <br />water samples <br />for each monitoring site. The parameters measured were also <br />compared to the basic standards for ground water discussed <br />11 <br />
