September 23, 2015 C-2009-087/Peabody Sage Creek Mine JLE <br />• Several rodent holes were observed in the streamside embankment of the shop diversion ditch. <br />Appropriate rodent control techniques should be implemented and the embankment will need to be <br />repaired. <br />o PSCM has repaired these holes and re -compacted the ditch embankment. The vegetation was <br />damaged as a result of the rodent holes and the repairs. PSCM should seed the embankment. <br />Figure 2. Shop diversion ditch repairs <br />• Rip -rap has sloughed off the erosion control liner along portions of the SIIPM-6 channel. <br />o This item remains outstanding. <br />• A large propane tank is located on the west side of Road B. This tank does not appear to be depicted on <br />Map 2.05.3MIA. However, a propane tank is depicted as facility 416 on Map 2.05.3M1A and is located <br />on the east side of Road B adjacent to the Waste Handling and Recycle Area. There does not appear to be <br />a propane tank at this location as depicted on the map.
