<br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Divisio„) inspected the above mentioned site u,,
<br />August 6, 2015. General co,,,pliance with mine plan was cited as p, oblem in the inspection report
<br />due to the discrepancy between the pe,,,,itted and actual disturbance. Cor, estive actions require
<br />the ope, aro, to submit a technical revision to r -la, ify the maximum number of acres to be disturbed
<br />at any given time.
<br />Per the phone conversarim, with Mike Gomez on September 29, 2015, he requested that the
<br />uivision sena him the attached tech,,;ral revision Corm and general guida,,r-e of how to satisty the
<br />corrective actions mentioned above.

<br />outside the bou„dary. At that time 17.7 acres was Istu, bed ana the permit
<br />boundary was expanded f, om 8 acres to 40 acres.

<br />revised, thus resulting in this cited problei,,. In our system the total life of the ,,,;,,e
<br />affected lana is only 18 acres which was the self -repo, ted disturbance. I suggest it
<br />you wish to mine all 40 ac, es of the permit boundary you clarify that here as well.
