<br />In an effort to ensure the Financial Warranty ror the above referenced site adequately reflects the actual
<br />current costs of fulfilling the requirements of the approved reclamation plan, the Colorado Division of
<br />Reclamatio,,, Mining and Safety ,Division) has updated the , eclamation cost estimate (copy enclosed).
<br />Divisio„ calculations estimate the cost to reclaim the above , eferencea site to be $55,000 rounded up
<br />from . Thio 13 an increase of 7190 over the"4� 7.810 c.n e„tly held by the Division. This
<br />estimate is based on conditio„3 observed during the September 9, 2015 i„apection. Therfore,
<br />pursuant to section 34-32.3-11 7(-4) of- rhe Colorudo Land Reclamation Act, aaequare Financ;al
<br />Warranty musr be submitted to the Division within 60 days of the mailing date of this letter. The
<br />additional amount need to be accepted prior to Friday, December 04, 2015. Please review the
<br />enclosed tigures as soon as possible a„d co„tact our oncce if any calculation errors are „oted.
