Lee. (January 2015 -December 2015) <br />Dear Loloff Construction Inc., <br />The city of Greeley ("Greeley") accepts Loloff Conswued n, Int.'s C olofr) augmentation water rental <br />request for January 2015 through December 2015. Greeley will make available to Loloff wholly <br />consumable water that has been changed for augmentation use at one of the following locations: 1) in the <br />Cache la Poudre River immediately below Gredey's existing %ustewater treatrnertt plant outfall; 2) at the <br />outlet of the Flatiron Reservoir Nos. 1.5 (aka Poudre Ponds at Greeley); 3) at delivery stations from the <br />Grvcley Canal No. 3; or 4) at such other point or points Greeley chooses by giving written notice to Loloff <br />OR in the Cache 1a Poudre River at delivery stations or release structures owned and operated by Greeley <br />or available for Greeley's use where Greeley has augmentation water legally and physically available. <br />Gmdey anticipates malting releases fmm its wastewater treatment plant outfall located on the Cache la <br />Poudre River. Please follow the <br />directions on the attached invoice. The payment is due by January 1, 2015. <br />Please be aware that it is Lolofrs responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the rented <br />augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
