5.5 Conclusions <br />We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and limitations <br />of ASTM Practice E 1527 of Squaw Gulch, Teller County Road 88 Cripple Creek, Colorado, the Site. Any <br />exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 7.1 of this report. <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the <br />property except for the following: <br />The presence of a gold mine on the eastern adjacent property is considered a REC in connection with <br />the Site. <br />5.6 Conclusions and Recommendations Regarding Additional Services <br />Future development does not include subgrade living spaces; therefore, radon should not be a concern. <br />The Site is not located within a floodplain, nor was wetland type vegetation observed. <br />Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Page 15 <br />Squaw Gulch <br />Teller County Road 88, Cripple Creek, Colorado
