Pmy nhlu <br />the time of the project, relative to the All Appropriate Inquiry (as defined under the Comprehensive <br />Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) 42 USC Section 9601, et. seq.). <br />Numerous individuals were contacted for information about the Site and surrounding areas (Table 3-4). <br />Relevant information was also obtained from published sources (referenced in Section 6.0). <br />The project was completed by an Environmental Professional, or conducted under the supervision or <br />responsible charge of an Environmental Professional. At a minimum, the Environmental Professional was <br />involved in planning the Site reconnaissance and interviews, and reviewed and interpreted the information <br />used in developing the conclusions. Pinyon declares that, to the best of our professional knowledge and <br />belief, the Environmental Professionals involved met the definition as defined in §312.1 of 40CFR 312. Other <br />persons involved are qualified individuals, and have the training and experience necessary to complete their <br />assigned tasks. These personnel have the specific qualifications based on education, training and experience <br />to assess a property of the nature, history and setting of the subject property (Site). Pinyon has developed <br />and performed the all appropriate inquiries in conformance with the standards and practices set forth in 40 <br />CFR Part 312.
