At a minimum, the Environmental Professional was
involved in planning the Site reconnaissance and interviews, and reviewed and interpreted the information
used in developing the conclusions. Pinyon declares that, to the best of our professional knowledge and
belief, the Environmental Professionals involved met the definition as defined in §312.1 of 40CFR 312. Other
persons involved are qualified individuals, and have the training and experience necessary to complete their
assigned tasks. These personnel have the specific qualifications based on education, training and experience
to assess a property of the nature, history and setting of the subject property (Site). Pinyon has developed
and performed the all appropriate inquiries in conformance with the standards and practices set forth in 40
CFR Part 312. Resumes of the personnel involved in this project are included as Appendix B.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Page 4
Squaw Gulch
Teller County Road 88, Cripple Creek, Colorado
