o United States Geological Survey (USGS) topographic maps <br />o Zoning and land use records <br />A review of the compliance history of the Site, and of any adjacent sites, as identified by the <br />regulatory database survey (Appendix A). <br />A review of available documents from local agencies to evaluate development of the Site and, where <br />reasonably available or relevant to the Site, the adjacent properties. <br />A review of information regarding the physical settings of the Site, including: <br />o The current USGS 7.5 -minute topographic map <br />o Geology information published by the USGS <br />o National Resource and Conservation Service (NRCS) soil surveys <br />o Groundwater information published by the USGS <br />2. Site Reconnaissance. A reconnaissance survey of the Site and surrounding areas was completed on <br />July 18, 2015, to evaluate present conditions. <br />3. Interviews. The information obtained has been incorporated into the relevant report sections. <br />Additionally, the user provided information, based on the specialized or actual knowledge, regarding <br />environmental liens, activity use, limitations, relationship of the purchase price to the fair market value, <br />and known recognized environmental conditions. The user also stated the reason for completion of the <br />Phase I ESA (Section 2.1). In addition, Pinyon contacted agencies and municipalities who may have <br />knowledge about the Site (Table I-1).
