It is being constructed to serve load growth approved in M-1981- <br />244, Amendment 10 at the Cripple Creek and Victor Gold Mine. <br />Background <br />The TR is to move the site of the substation in the Squaw Gulch about 2,100 feet from the <br />location previously identified in AM -10. Load projections for the mine in AM -10 were for an <br />additional 9 MW of demand. That requirement has not changed. <br />Compliance <br />4 VIOLATIONS!
