M-1979-189 rom Bruce Peterson, through the trust for Public Land.
Aurora submitted the Succession of Operators and Transfer of Mineral Permit forms, but were
notified that these were incomplete, as they lacked necessary Structure Agreements.
On April 16, 2015, DRMS granted Aurora a Stipulated Approval for the Succession of
Operators and Transfer of Mineral Permit, provided either Structure Agreements or a
Geotechnical Evaluation be submitted within 180 days.
Aurora attempted to obtain Structure agreements for the two adjacent property owners with an
affected structure, but only one Agreement was returned. In a follow-up telephone conversation
with the other property owner it was made clear that there would be no agreement from him.
In place of the second structure agreement Aurora is providing a Geotechnical Evaluation
provided by Lori Tagawa, a Professional Geologist, after visiting the site.
Items enclosed include:
- Certified Mail Receipts and Return Receipts for letters/agreements sent to each
property owner
- The signed Structure Agreement that was obtained
- Geotechnical Evaluation letter
Let me know if you need anything further.
Sincerely, / ^ ' A
_ S(
Patricia Schuler, Manager
Open Space and Natural Resources
City of Aurora Parks, Recreation & Open Space
