The inspection was <br />conducted by Clayton Wein accompanied by Jim Stark, both of CDRMS. The mine site is inactive, therefore no <br />company representative was present at the inspection. The weather was clear with a few clouds and the <br />temperature was approximatly seventy degrees fahrenheit. The ground conditions were dry. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The records for the Coal Ridge Mine are located at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs. <br />The records were in good condition at the time of the records check. One Item in the record needs to be updated; <br />The insurance certificate had expired, please replace with the current insurance certificate. For more <br />details, please see the Availability of Records form included at the end of this report. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />During the inspection, a doe was spotted on the upper bench grazing. The inlet to the pond was stable <br />and did not show signs of head cutting.
