This channel leads to 9P3 <br />discharge point. <br />The Williams Fork River was observed just upstream from the confluence of the Yampa where it flows under two <br />rail lines; no debris was built-up against the bridges and no erosional cutting was observed under the rail bridges <br />(photo). <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Portal No. 5 appeared stable and vegetated. Portal No. 9 appeared stable and no problems were observed. No problems were notes.
