The inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Brian Watterson with MCM was present during the inspection. There was <br />equipment on-site at the time of inspeciton working on the AML wise -hill project, which is not related to mining <br />activites at Williams Fork. The Facilities buildings previously broken into have been sealed up. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The mine records were brought to the site, they are available at Twentymile Mine office. See the end of <br />this report for details. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The following ponds were checked and their condition is noted below: <br />HR-Plb dry <br />HR-PIa dry spill way clear <br />9-P8 dry <br />9-P7 dry spill way clear <br />9 -PI dry <br />9-P6 dry culvert clear <br />9-P5 dry <br />9-P2 dry <br />9-P3 (current discharge point) dry, dewatering pumps were not turned on or producing discharge <br />SH -PI dry.
