Tony Tennyson and Kurtis Blunt representing Colowyo Coal <br />Company (Colowyo) accompained the inspection. The weather was clear and ground conditions were mostly dry. <br />Temperatures for the day were around sixty five degrees fahrenheit. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Backfill and grading was inspected along the West Taylor Fill. Rills have begun to form along the north facing <br />slope. Rills were approximately 6 inches in depth. Given the sites history, these rills tend fill in and blend back <br />into the surrounding area of the slope as vegetation matures and time allows.
