RE: Technical Revision Request for Fort Lupton Sand & Gravel, M-1999-120 <br />Reclamation changes to Meadows North, Meadows South and Meadows West <br />Meadows West reclamation changes. <br />We are making minor changes to the reclamation configuration of the Meadows West reservoir. There <br />was an Anadarko well in the northern section of Meadows West called Anadarko Gas Well HG Mixon GU <br />#2, that stopped producing. Anadarko capped it and removed the well and corresponding pipelines, <br />which allowed L.G. Everist to mine through that area. There is another Anadarko well located in the <br />south-east section of this reservoir, called the Anadarko Gas Well Campbell 16-25. The pipelines <br />connected to this well have been straightened out, which gives a slightly different configuration around <br />the gas well and its corresponding pipelines and facilities. <br />With these minor oil and gas changes in mind, here are the updated acreages for Meadows West <br />We have enclosed a 24"x36" copy of the updated Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map (2015) which <br />shows the changes listed above to the three Meadows phases. <br />There is another change shown on the updated Exhibit F. The Division approved the release of two <br />reservoirs in 2013: Hill -Oakley reservoir and Fort Lupton East reservoir. This updated map shows these <br />two phases as released (grayed out), and the permit boundary line has been moved accordingly. <br />We have also enclosed letter -size copies of two maps for ease of reference: the updated Exhibit F - <br />Reclamation Plan Map (2015), and the previous Reclamation Plan Map (2012). <br />Updated Table E-1 - Reclamation Phases <br />We have enclosed an updated Table E-1 - Reclamation Phases (2015) which shows the changes listed <br />above to the three Meadows phases.
