Inspection Topic: Revegetation <br />Problem: Tamarisk (salt cedar) trees are present within or have volunteered into <br />the permit area and are becoming established. This a problem for failure to <br />employ weed control methods as required. <br />Corrective Action: Tony J. Beltramo and Sons, Inc. is implementing the existing <br />weed control plan and are also coordinating with the Pueblo County Weed <br />Program to further develop our weed control and management plan. Specific <br />schedules for control measures to be applied, along with an ongoing monitoring <br />plan is being developed for submittal with our permit application amendment <br />being prepared p�f-our consent agreement We have taken immediate action to <br />remove identifies tamarisk trees in the permitted area. Please find attached <br />photographic evidence of our progress in removing tamarisk trees.
