2.05.3(5) Topsoil <br />Please see Section 2.05.4(2)(d) Topsoil Redistribution for a discussion on Topsoil as required by <br />2.05.3(5). <br />2.05.3(6) Overburden <br />Please see Section 2.05.4(2)(c) Backfilling and Grading for a discussion on overburden as <br />required by 2.05.3(6). <br />2.05.3(7) Coal Handling Structures <br />No coal crushing or processing will occur at the mine. The run -of -mine coal will be loaded on <br />highway trucks in the pit and hauled to the Nucla Station for further processing. <br />2.05.3(8) Coal Mine Waste and Non -Coal Processing Wastes <br />There are no coal processing facilities nor are any proposed at the NHN Mine area. All of the <br />coal is transported to the power station by a transportation contractor. Reject rock from a rotary <br />breaker at the power plant may be transported back to the mine site and deposited in the pit at <br />least 10' below the subsoil level. <br />Non -coal wastes shall be periodically transported to the county landfill.
