8/25/2015 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Re: Twentyrnile cultural resource inventory report
voluminous, and nothing has changed for PR15-11. As discussed with the CDRMS, TC anticipates
proceeding under either PR14-10 or PR15-11, depending on the timing of approvals for the pending
federal Lease Modification, and Exhibit 53 can be inserted into the PAP for whichever revision is
approved first.
3) Section 2.04.4 of the permit was not updated to address the requirements of Rule 2.04.4 regarding the
I roposed increase of 150 acres of affected area associated with mining in the Wolf Creek Reserve. Please
update this section of the permit with the information requiredfrom Rule 2.04.4.
Response: Revised page 2.04-9.1 and 9.2 (attached for reference) refer to the recently submitted
cultural resource survey report, which addresses the referenced area (see Figure 1, page ix). As noted
in the previous response for MR15-287, the survey report is to be inserted at the back of the existing
information in Exhibit 6L, in the Confidential Volume.
4) The public notice submitted with the application indicates the ownership, precise location, and
boundaries of lands within the Permit are identified on pages "2.03-13 through 2.08-18...". Please correct
this to read 2.03-13 through 2.03-18'.
Response: In reviewing the submitted Public Notice (copy attached for reference), there does not
appear to be an error??
Hopefully, this addresses the current outstanding items for these revisions. Please review and let me know
I you have any further questions or items we need to discuss —
3
-MaNEW
M
Jerry M.
