As referenced on revised page 2.04-9.1, the recently submitted Cultural Resource survey report addresses this area (see Figure 1, page ix). As noted in the previous response, the survey report is to be inserted at the back of the existing information in Exhibit 6L, in the Confidential Volume. Responses to the other outstanding adequacy issues for PR14-10 were submitted to the CDRIVIS on 08/12/1S. In those responses, it was noted that the federal coal Lease Modification is still pending. While we continue to work cooperatively with the BILM to finalize the required background information and environ mental a nalyses, the BLIVI has not given us a firm timeframe for finalization of the leasing process. uve are revuestinv that the decision date for PR14-10 be extended to October 19. Response: Exhibit 7K was previously submitted with PR14-10. The CDRIVIS has a copy of this exhibit, and a duplicate was not submitted with PR1S-11 because it is fairly voluminous, and nothing has changed for PR15-11. As discussed with the CDRMS, TC anticipates proceeding under either PR14-10 or PR15-11, depending on the timing of approvals for the pending federal Lease Modification, and Exhibit 7K can be inserted into the PAP for whichever revision is approved first. 2) The Summary of RevisionslAdditions table indicates that Exhibit 53 — Wolf Creek Reserve Geologic and Mine Plan Information is to be revised with PR11.
