8/25/2015 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Re: Twentyrnile cultural resource inventory report <br />Response: Similar to the previous response, Exhibit 53 was previously submitted with PR14-10, primarily <br />as background information relative to the geology of the Wolf Creek Reserve. The CDRIVIS has a copy of <br />this exhibit, and a duplicate was not submitted with PR15-11 because it is fairly voluminous, and nothing <br />has changed for PR15-11. As discussed with the CIDRIVIS, TC anticipates proceeding under either PR14-10 <br />or PR15-11, depending on the timing of approvals for the pending federal Lease Modification, and Exhibit <br />53 can be inserted into the PAP for whichever revision is approved first. <br />3) Section 2.04.4 of the permit was not updated to address the requirements of Rule 2.04.4 regarding the <br />proposed increase of 150 acres of affected area associated with mining in the Wolf Creek Reserve. Please <br />update this section of the permit with the information requiredfrom Rule 2.04.4. <br />Response: Revised page 2.04-9.1 and 9.2 (attached for reference) refer to the recently submitted <br />cultural resource survey report, which addresses the referenced area (see Figure 1, page ix). As noted <br />the previous response for MR15-287, the survey report is to be inserted at the back of the existing <br />information in Exhibit 6L, in the Confidential Volume. I <br />4) The public notice submitted with the application indicates the ownership, precise location, and boundaries <br />of lands within the Permit are identified on pages "2.03-13 through 2.08-18...". Please correct this to read <br />"2.03-13 through 2.03-18". <br />es sea In reviewing the submitted Public Notice (copy attached for reference), there does not <br />appear to be an error?? <br />Hopefully, this addresses the current outstanding items for these revisions.
