I am writing you today that I received
your paper copy of your access extension request and will write your extension letter first thing in the morning.
Also; Gloria forwarded me your e-mail from this morning, and we agree that you site has not increased its traffic
count by greater than 20°1. Thus, your current access permit will suffice, and no new permit is required at this
time in response to your permit from the Colorado Division of Mining changing from a type 110 to 112.
Please give me a call if you have any questions. Finally, what is the mailing address you would like me to send
the extension letter to?
Tim Bilobran
Assistant Access Manager & Roadside Advertising Inspector, CDOT Region 4
Office- (970) 350-2163
Mobile- (970) 302-4022
Timothy.
