Please refer to the attached letter for the Office of the State Engineer — Division of Water
Resources dated June 5, 2015 that verifies that Loveland Ready Mix has the water resources
necessary to replace depletions of water created from the mining of cell #21.
Once cell 21 has been lined, the lining has been approved, and all depletions from dewatering
have been replaced through the SWSP no further augmentation will be required at this cell. All
other exposed water surfaces (cells), mining and consumptive uses associated with this Permit
are augmented through the permanent decreed augmentation plan, Case No. OOCW 142.
The average depth to ground water for cell 21 is twelve feet and nine inches (12'- 9") as noted in
the Memorandum by Bishop -Brogden Associates, Inc.
A copy of the current Well Permit Number 69035-F, the site map from the current SWMP, and
the cover sheet for the SPPC for this mining site is attached.
