STRUCTURE FILL MATERIAL NOTICE
Materials Narrative
The Sprague Stone Quarry has acquired structure fill material generated from a nearby Larimer County
Road project. The material has been certified as clean and inert per defined Rule 1.1(20) of the Mineral
Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board For The Extraction Of
Construction Materials (see attached signed affidavit). The purpose of this narrative is to define the
approximate location of the proposed activity, describe the approximate volume of inert fill material
and estimate the dates of when the proposed activity will take place. The operator shall maintain a
Financial Warranty at all times adequate to cover the cost to stabilize and cover any exposed fill
material.
The clean and inert structure fill material will be brought on site from a local County Road project. This
material will be placed in the south easterly part of the mine, just north of the south entrance. The area
designated for this material is approximately 30'x30' and it will be protected by concrete barriers to
reduce erosion prior to its use during reclamation.
The approximate volume of clean and inert material is 100 cubic yards.
The approximate dates of the proposed activity will take place between July, 2015 through August,
2015.
