1.5 Gold Mine Facilities <br />The gold mine operation will consist of the following facilities: <br />Gold washing plant, a 170'x 80' metal building built on a concrete foundation <br />office/warehouse/shop of approximately 100'x 45' with partial concrete floor <br />assorted power poles delivering power to the camp area <br />2 portable trailers for employee temporary housing 1-8' x 40', 1-14' x 70' on metal skids <br />1 office trailer on metal skids 14' x 38' <br />2 porto-potties for employees and visiting personnel <br />equipment storage building (metal) on skids for easy removal 24'x 50' concrete block walls <br />sealed for secondary containment <br />small insulated pump house of 10'x 10' size and wood construction, located near South Platte River <br />where Access Ienters Highway 9, containing 88 hp motor to pump water from river 7 <br />12" plastic water line delivering water from the pump house to the prep plant. <br />36" stacker conveyors removing waste material from the prep plant <br />36" portable overland conveyor bringing gold bearing gravel from the active cut to the prep plant <br />5" grizzly in pit <br />front end loaders of Cat 980 size (1 or 2) <br />haul trucks of Cat 769C size, 35 ton capacity, (2 or 3) <br />Cat D-8 size dozer (1 or 2) <br />in pit pump and 8" piping into sediment pond <br />Guard shack of wooden construction, 8' x 10' size without a concrete foundation <br />one 500 gallon double walled diesel tank outside office <br />3 - 500 gallon diesel tanks east of office in stock tank containment <br />One 10,000 Gal Diesel Tank east of Plant building in concrete block containment <br />No blasting will take place in this operation. Any spills of fuel or other hazardous material will be <br />reported to the Division as soon as they are discovered.Acreage Calculations <br />The gold placer operation will disturb a total of 84.5 acres.
