Top of RP -1. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Rock pile shelter. <br />All topsoil and subsoil markers were observed with each associated pile. No issues observed. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />All topsoil and subsoil piles associated with the refuse piles were inspected. Cheat grass was prevalent on most of <br />the topsoil piles. Deserado actively attempts to manage cheat grass on piles with the use of spraying and seeding of <br />competitive vegetation as approved per Deserado's PAP. Very little cheat grass was observed on top of the <br />subsoil piles. No signs of erosion or stability issues were observed with each of the piles. Each of the piles <br />inspected were surrounded by containment berms. All the berms stable and vegetated. <br />Subsoil pile. <br />
