rip rap and no issues were noted. <br />Refuse pile ditches for RP -1, RP -2/3/4 and RP -5A were walked. One section of ditch associated with RP -2/3 has <br />cutting along the eastern side and needs to be regarded. The cutting was observed to be approximately 2.5 feet to 3 <br />feet deep. <br />Berms and rock checks associated with topsoil and subsoil piles for the refuse piles were inspected. Berms were <br />vegetated, stable and no low spots were found. Rock checks were found along low spots of the berms. No cutting <br />or erosion was found along the rock checks. <br />Pond RP -1. <br />Pond RP -2/3 <br />Regraded perimeter ditch noted in previous inspection. Eastern section of ditch of RP -2/3/4 <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />RP -1 was inspected for reclamation success. The area was well vegetated. Some signs of cheat grass were <br />observed but compared to surrounding undisturbed areas, RP -1 has much better vegetation distribution. Rock piles <br />have been placed on top of the pile to act as small habitat structures. Rabbits and lizards were observed using the <br />rock piles for shelter. <br />
