The riser outlet has been cleared of the <br />previously identified blockage. <br />RRC -20 culvert has a blockage midway through. It appears that soil material has fallen from the connection <br />between two sections of the culvert. This material needs to be cleared from the culvert. This blockage is perhaps <br />—20 feet in. There was no surface expression of a hole on the rail bed surface above this point. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03; Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />The Rail loop is disconnected from the main line at the main line switch. Disconnected rail is stored <br />adjacent to the ballast along the main line. <br />The TAHR is in good condition and has been graded. Weeds were rare along the TAHR roadsides. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; <br />The revegetated facilities area is establishing good perennial vegetation. Although the site appears <br />visually dominated by yellow sweetclover, a diverse stand of perennial species is becoming established beneath <br />the sweetclover. Healthy sagebrush were observed throughout the reclaimed site. The revegetated office and <br />parking area is in its second growing season. Perennial species are becoming established and noxious weeds are <br />minimal. <br />HGTI has sprayed for weed control. Effective chemical take up by thistles was noted at the NW side of Topsoil <br />Stockpile TS -2. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />One mine ID sign located on the north side of Highway 40 at the crossing gates still reflects the old <br />address and phone number. HGT needs to update this sign to the current contact information. Mine ID signs <br />throughout the loadout site, rail loop have been updated with the correct address but retain an inactive phone <br />number.
