Response: The referenced page has been reviewed and revised to include the missing text. Addition <br />of this text affects subsequent pages, so Pages 2.05-84.10 through 84.12 are revised and accompany <br />these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />7. The coversheet for Exhibit 49CC reads "4CC". Please revise the cover page for this exhibit to <br />read "49CC". Please note that the Division intends to insert the 5MN Pipeline design information <br />after the 5MN pad and access road diagram. <br />Response: The referenced cover sheet has been corrected and a copy accompanies these responses for <br />replacement in the PAP. <br />8. Twentymile Coal (TC) submitted design information for the 5M7V pipeline as an addition to <br />Exhibit 49CC. This information contains a "scope of work" document that appears to be the <br />document TC used to announce the project for contractor bids. The "scope of work" narrative does <br />not seem to match the installation of the pipeline discussed in revised Section 2.05 and depicted on <br />revised Map 24 (Sheet 2). The "scope of work" indicates only 1, 700 feet of pipeline will be installed <br />along with two access culvert risers and associated valves. Revised Section 2.05 indicated 5, 000 feet <br />of pipeline will be installed along with five culvert risers and associated valves. However, one map <br />contained in revised Exhibit 49CC entitled "Figure EX49CCC-F2, 5MN Pipelines" does depict the <br />pipeline installation as shown on revised Map 24. This may lead to some confusion. Please either <br />revise Map 24 or provide a narrative in Section 2.05 that indicates why the scope of work text in <br />Exhibit 49CC is different from the project description. <br />Response: As noted in the response to Comment 3, changes in project plans from the plan represented <br />by the original project scope resulted in an increase in the length of pipeline and number of risers. In <br />addition, TC normally permits slightly more disturbance (length, area, etc.) than actual anticipated <br />plans to assure that all activities fall within the permitted disturbance area(s). An updated scope -of - <br />work that is consistent with the plans described in the permit narrative and shown on both Figure <br />EX49CC-F2 and Map 24 accompanies these responses for replacement in Exhibit 49CC. <br />
