This exhibit also now includes
correspondence from the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and the Ragged Mountain Fire
District regarding the proposed reclamation plans.
This TR -76 includes modifications to the following eleven (11) Drawings:
Drawing 2.05 -E5 -M1, Sheets 1 and 2 of 2, Reclamation Cut and Fill Isopach and summary.
Drawing 2.05-M6 Sheet 1, 2, 3, 5 of 7 — Post Mining Topography.
Drawing 2.05-M6 Post Mining topography — Bear Creek Fansite.
Drawings 2.05 -M8 -Post Mine Land Use, Sheets 1 and 2 of 2.
Drawing 2.05-M7 — Elk Creek Profiles, Sheet 1 of 2.
Drawing 2.05-M7 —Pre and Post Mining Cross Sections, Sheet 2 of 2.
The final post mining configurations for all mine disturbance areas are shown on the Facilities
Post mining Topography Maps (Drawing 2.05-M6, Sheets 1 thru xx). Cuts and fills for final
reclamation backfilling and grading are shown on the Reclamation Cut/Fill Isopach Maps
(Drawing 2.05 -E5 -Ml Sheet 1 and 2 of 2) and post mine cross-section and Elk Creek Profile
Drawing 2.05-M7, sheets 1 and 2 of 2. Table 2.05 -E5 -T2, Reclamation Cut/Fill Summary,
provides a tabular summary of the volumes to be handled as shown on the Reclamation Cut/Fill
Isopach Maps.
We are also including additions to Exhibit 2.03-E4, Other Permits. The additions include copies
of COGCC Borehole Permits for Oxbow Mining, LLC. #2 (Sanborn Creek Mine Portal
borehole) and Bear Creek Fan Borehole (Bear Creek Fansite Borehole).
All lands affected by these changes are owned by Oxbow Mining, LLC. The proposed uses will
not present any hazards to the public, are compatible with and are not in conflict with the
adjacent land uses. In fact, it is interesting to note the proposed land use changes for methane
utilization and use of the certain remaining facilities by North Fork Residences have been met
with very positive responses.
0 Page 2
