Mr. Wayland <br />Page 4 <br />July 24, 2015 <br />16. The Reclamation Plan calls for dewatering the BNER in order to clay line the pond. Please <br />describe the dewatering setup in detail, including the location of the discharge point and the <br />anticipated discharge rate. <br />17. Please specify if the Operator will construct a sediment pond as part of dewatering <br />operations. If so, provide the dimensions of the pond, the location and a description of how <br />the sediment pond will be reclaimed. <br />6.4.13 Exhibit M — Other Permits and Licenses <br />18. Please provide a copy of the NPDES Stormwater Discharge Permit (COG50466) for the <br />Division's records. <br />19. Please provide a copy the Well Permit for the Division's records. <br />20. Please indicate if a Special Use Permit is required from Larimer County. If so, provide a <br />copy for the Division's records. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please remember <br />that the decision date for this application is August 13, 2015. As previously mentioned, if you are <br />unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this <br />application.
