• Steeper slope areas lined with erosion nets as best practice. <br />• Road to remain intact except lined with top soil and replanted as described above. <br />This will act as a fire break plus allow future access to Clear Creek Fire <br />Department if ever required. There are several residences about '/2 to 1 mile due <br />East of property and there are no known firebreaks in the immediate area. <br />• Trenched area re -filled with waste / wall rock and lastly top soil then replanted on <br />an ongoing basis during the mining process. Reclamation is for a mining road, trenched area and location of crusher / wash <br />plant. <br />b. See Exhibit E Map 4 showing nearby land owners. This map also illustrates legal <br />right to enter and ownership of all affected property belongs to Teton Drilling, Inc. <br />Note: There are no man-made structures within 200 feet of affected area. <br />c.
