Test Sodium Silicate at 4th Stage to Depress Insol and CaF2 <br /> Start Date TBD <br /> End Date TBD <br /> Setup Pump the reagent in 4th Cleane Launder <br /> Dosage 40-60 CC/Min <br /> Sodium <br /> silicate <br /> Tote <br /> AK <br /> LMI pump <br /> 3'd Stage <br /> 4th Stage <br /> 5th Stage <br /> Procedure: <br /> 1) Take a composite sample of 5CC before test starts <br /> 2) Start the test and let it run 6 hours at 40 CC/Min at 4th Launder using LMI pump <br /> 3) Take the next composite 5CC sample for comparison(Both Niton and ICP) <br /> 4) Be vigilant for any negative impact on the cirucuit <br /> 5) If negative impact is observed test will be shut off or continue at lower dosage <br /> 6) If no negative impact is observed continue the test and evaluate performance from production numbers <br /> 7) Stop the test and take a composite sample <br /> 8) Start the test with 60 CC/Min dosage and let it run for 6 hours before taking another composite sample <br /> 9) Compare the results between 40 and 60 CC/Min with the baseline <br /> 10) Evaluate the performance and decide if we go ahead with long term testing <br /> Reasons <br /> Test Sodium Silicate at 4th Stage to Depress Insol and CaF2 <br /> FloatSil_GHS_MSDS_2014.pdf <br /> 112K <br />
