PERMIT #: M-1995-026 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: TOD <br />INSPECTION DATE: February 18, 2015 <br />The western pit slope has been seeded, there was a mix of desired vegetative cover beginning to establish. The <br />slope has been continually graded, topsoil replaced and seeded. The southern portion of the slope has numerous <br />years of growth, the vegetative cover and has established well. The Northern portion of the slope has been recently <br />seeded, cover is a little less mature with more annual weeds mixed in. <br />Erosion/Sedimentation: <br />There was no evidence of excessive erosion (rills, gullies, or sediment fans). Some of the slopes have small rills. <br />Signs and Markers: <br />A mine I.D. sign was located at the entrance to the mine site. The permit boundary was clearly marked by fence <br />and t -posts. <br />Topsoil: <br />There appeared to be an adequate amount of topsoil to reclaim the site.
