Please indicate if Golden
Cross Aggregate is the owner of the property on which prospecting will take place.
If Golden Cross Aggregate is not the landowner, then please provide a singed and
notarized statement from the landowner indicating that the road is to remain
following the completion of the prospecting operation.
The property is owned by Playfair Land Company LLC. A notarized statement from the
landowner certifying that the road is to remain is en route to the Division.
S. The proposed drilling will take place on two drill pads. Please provide a brief
description of how the drill pads will be constructed. Will the pads be raised above
the existing elevation or will the pad location simply be cleared of topsoil and
leveled?
Since the site topography is generally flat, each pad will only be cleared of topsoil and leveled
prior to drilling.
Please contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Ben Langenfeld, P.E.
Greg Lewicki and Associatess
CC: Mike Pfister
