CQA ACTIVITIES:
1) Field Activities:
The following activities were observed: Placement and compaction of the Phase 1 & 2 Structural Fill
materials, placement, compaction, density testing and depth verification of Soil Liner Fill materials, pump
monitoring at the LVSCS riser pipes, tertiary underdrain construction, soil liner fill acceptance,
geomembrane installation and acceptance, and remediation of underground workings.
II) Laboratory Activities:
Concrete testing, atterberg limits, moisture, compaction, permeability and sieve analysis testing
continued.

The Weekly Contractor Meeting was held June 10, 2015 (Amec Foster Wheeler, CC&V, Ames). Amec
Foster Wheeler and CC&V discussed the barren pipeline corridor immediately following the Weekly
Contractor Meeting.

CC&V: Daily updates, reporting, and scheduling occurred between CC&V Projects, Amec Foster
Wheeler. and Ames.
