Tabetha Lynch, DRMS <br />Page 3 <br />July 1, 2015 <br />4.05.12(1)-(3): Protection of Groundwater Recharge Capacity <br />All information required is presented, no additional comments are required. <br />Rule: 4.05.13(1) — Ground Water Monitori <br />Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) reports the results of quarterly groundwater sampling. The hydrologic <br />year runs from Oct 1st to Sept 30th of each year and is due within 6 months of the end of the hydrologic <br />year (by April 1"). The groundwater monitoring plan is discussed in Tab 18 beginning on page 18-4. <br />Map is provided in Exhibit 56 <br />Rule: 4.05.14 —Transfer of Wells <br />All information required is presented, no additional comments are required. <br />Rule: 4.05.15 — Water Rights and Replacement <br />No groundwater rights have been adjudicated on or adjacent to the permit area to date. <br />Rule: 4.05.16 — Discharge of Water into an Underground Mine <br />Mine inflows are adequately discussed in Tab 18. Mine inflows are monitored and reported annually in <br />the AHR. <br />Rule: 4.19 — Protection of Underground Mining <br />No surface coal mining activities currently exist in this area. <br />
