12. The Mining Plan states underground openings will be permanently sealed. Please specify <br />how the adits will be permanently sealed. <br />The underground openings will be permanently sealed by deconstructing the portal and backfilling the <br />adit openings. Backfilling will be thick enough to cover completely and permanently seal the opening. <br />13. The bond calculation from the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) accounts for closure of one alit. <br />Please verify this is the most recent bond calculation from the USFS. <br />This is the most recent bond calculation from the USFS and includes one adit in addition to the originally <br />bonded adit. This item has been clarified with Amy Titterington at the USFS and the bond calculation will <br />be adjusted during the technical revision that adds an additional adit opening as discussed herein. <br />14. The Reclamation Plan states the waste rock dumps will be covered with tarps if deemed <br />necessary by the USFS.
