9. Phase clarify if the proposed S' x 16' storage shed has been constructed.
No, the proposed storage shed has not yet been constructed.
10. Please provide a brief description of how the site will be safeguarded and stabiiized during
periods of inactivity.
The site will be safeguarded during periods of inactivity, initially by the locked gate at the base of the
access road as identified on revised Mining Plan Maps attached hereto. Additionally, the adit is guarded
by two steel sets of doors located at the portal entrance and the second is located inside of the portal.
These doors will both be kept under lock and key. In addition to these safeguards, a pile of waste rock
will be piled in front of the portal entrance leaving it relatively inaccessible and strongly discouraging of
trespassers.
11. As required by Rule 6.3.4(2), please provide an estimate of the actual costs to reclaim the site
based on what it would cost the State of Colorado using an independent contractor to
complete reclamation. The unit costs should include estimates for the following activities:
backfilling and grading. Unit costs (cost per cubic yard), volumes, haul or push distances,
and grades must be included when backfilling and grading are part of the Reclamation Plan.
Please see the revised reclamation cost estimate attached below. This estimate is based on the
previously approved NOI. There will be additional financial warranty reclamation estimates submitted
with any technical revisions that have been proposed herein this document. For example, the third adit
will have an additional reclamation estimate submitted with the technical revision for this aspect of the
project.
