Michael S. Miclette
Premier Silica LLC
Director of Operations
5205 O'Connor Blvd
Ste 200
Irving, TX 75039
972-969-5693
RE: Land Owner desires to continue mining of permitted Jemadojin Silica Mine
after Premier Silica's exit lease agreement expires in late 2016.
Dear Mr. Michael Miclette,
We are writing you to reiterate our intensions of continuing the mining operation
once your official separation of the mine commences, in late 2016, per our exit
lease agreement.
We value our past relationship with you and the various companies you have
represented, and thank you for your business with us these past years.
We plan on continuing the mining operation on a much smaller scale, OR a
complete sale of the Ranch and Permitted Industrial Mine should an interested
Operator/Buyer prove interest in the operation and said lands.
We do trust that all reclamations will be ongoing to control erosion, and
reinstitute the native grasses in the mined area. Special emphasis on the north
cut at the north end of the permitted area, as well as the sand pit and all roads
that were cut and used immediately around the pit area. Not the access road, but
around the pit and in the pit.
Our future operations would be much smaller in scope initially, than what the
prior companies consumed, and we are desirous of good reclamation with no
weed invasion before your official exit from the lease.
