5. Material to be moved inside the mine is to be 30 cubic yards. This includes all materials barred <br />down as a part of the mines rehabilitation. No more than 1 cubic yard will be removed as <br />samples. <br />6. Maps see attached <br />7. Photos see attached <br />8. Both portals of the mine are to be accessed. <br />9. Both portals have existing secure closures. Upper portal secured by 15 foot long 36 inch <br />diameter conduit with welded steel door. (Photo 41 and 42) <br />Lower portal is secured with a steel fire door anchored in concrete and locks. (Photo #3 and #4) <br />10. There is no water coming out of either portals and there is no standing water anywhere in the <br />mine. It is dry through out. <br />11. Two Brothers Creek is 50 feet from the lower portal and 300 feet from the upper portal. The <br />creek flows year round and cuts through the lower portion of the patented claim. (Photo # 5) <br />
