June 16, 2015 C-1982-056/Foidel Creek Mine JLE <br />as soon as possible. <br />• TC must regarded corehole sites 2 and 3 and finish grading site 4 and 5 (Noted in April 8, 2015 Inspection <br />report). Also, TC will need to place the required sediment control (wattles, sediment fence) around site 5. <br />Any site not seeded will need to be seeded with the required seed mixtures as approved in the permit. <br />o It appears that all of the 2014 Wolf Creek Reserve coreholes have been sealed. According to <br />Brian Watterson, TC will be conducting surface reclamation and maintenance in the near future at <br />these sites. <br />• The access road along Pond F is serving as a temporary lay -down area for longwall shields. This road <br />displayed deep rutting due to the heavy traffic in wet conditions. This road will require grading once <br />shields are removed. <br />o The road has been graded and maintained. This issue has been addressed. <br />• Several animal burrow holes were observed in the embankment surrounding the Barricade Chamber pad <br />that will need to be repaired. <br />o This issue has been addressed. <br />• Non -coal waste was observed on the barricade chamber pad area and will need to be removed. <br />o This issue has been addressed. <br />• The topsoil stripped from the access road to the 5MN Utility Borehole and the 5MN Utility Borehole pad <br />has been consolidated into five stockpiles. These piles need topsoil identification markers places on them. <br />o These piles have been consolidated, marked with an identification marker and straw waddles have <br />been placed around them. <br />• Badger holes were observed on the topsoil stockpiles at the Fish Creek Borehole site. These holes will <br />need to be repaired. <br />o This issue has been addressed. <br />• The topsoil identification marker on the topsoil pile located at the 16LT borehole site has blown off and <br />will need to be repaired. <br />o This issue has been addressed. <br />• The topsoil identification marker on the topsoil pile located adjacent to Pond T has blown off and will <br />need to be repaired. <br />o This item remains outstanding. <br />• The clay storage area was observed.
